MARCH Bike Lane Obstruction MADNESS

Fill out our bracket and make your predictions of which cities will report the most bike lane obstructions.

RULES

1. Once we fill in all cities for the First Round, folks can start filling in their brackets and making predictions on the who the ""winning"" city will be. You should probably post your prediction to social media if you want your prediction to ""count"".

2. All bike lane obstructions submitted to our database between 3/1 and 3/21 midnight UT will count towards Round 1.

3. Submission timeframes for rounds listed above.

4. The city with the most bike lane obstructions reported to our database within the round timeframe will advance to the next round.

5. If neither city report bike lane obstructions during the round, both cities are eliminated.

6. If a city does not have an opponent, they automatically advance to the next round.
